Santi Aldama Questionable On Wednesday Night

Memphis Grizzlies forward Santi Aldama (calf) is questionable heading into Wednesday's game against OKC. The 24-year-old has a sore calf and wasn't available for Monday's loss to the Atlanta Hawks. With Jaren Jackson Jr. (ankle) week-to-week after suffering a sprained ankle versus the Hawks, Aldama may move into the starting lineup. He's played well in his 12 starts during the 2024-25 campaign, averaging 12.6 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 4.3 assists. But if Aldama is ruled out, Brandon Clarke, coming off an 11-point, seven-rebound, one-block effort, will likely slide into the four spot, with GG Jackson II coming in for relief.

Jaren Jackson Jr. Week-To-Week With A Sprained Ankle

Memphis Grizzlies forward Jaren Jackson Jr. (ankle) suffered a Grade 2 left ankle sprain in Monday's meeting with the Hawks. He is considered week-to-week, with the Grizzlies providing an update "as appropriate." The 25-year-old has averaged a career-high 22.7 points with 5.8 rebounds, 1.6 blocks, and 1.3 steals during the 2024-25 campaign. He was also named an All-Star for the second time in his career. But now that he'll be on the shelf, Brandon Clarke, amassing 11 points, seven boards, and one block against Atlanta, could work his way back into a consistent role in the rotation. Clarke may even get a few starts, at least until Santi Aldama (calf), who is questionable against OKC on Wednesday, is cleared to suit up. GG Jackson II may also be in line for more work, with Desmond Bane and Ja Morant (shoulder) the favorites to carry more of the load on the offensive end.

Ja Morant Questionable Versus OKC

Memphis Grizzlies guard Ja Morant (shoulder) is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Thunder. He has a Deltoid contusion. As a result, the 25-year-old has missed the last two games. Luke Kennard got the start versus the Hawks on Monday, ending the night with 17 points, seven assists, and two steals. Despite the tough matchup on tap, Kennard is worth starting in all fantasy lineups if Morant isn't available, especially with Jaren Jackson Jr. (ankle) ruled out and Scotty Pippen Jr. (toe) questionable. Desmond Bane, amassing a game-high 35 points against Atlanta, would also benefit on the scoring end without Morant on the floor.

Ja Morant Remains Sidelined On Monday

On Monday, Memphis Grizzlies guardJa Morant(shoulder) will be unavailable to suit up against the Atlanta Hawks. Morant will miss his second straight game due to right shoulder pain. With the 25-year-old sidelined, Luke KennardandScotty Pippen Jr.will likely see an uptick in minutes. Pippen has a slightly higher upside as a solid fantasy option for this evening. He started in place of Morant on Saturday, likely leading to him starting again on Monday.

Santi Aldama Will Not Play On Monday

Memphis Grizzlies forward/center Santi Aldama (calf) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Atlanta Hawks. He landed on the injury report late with a right calf soreness and has been downgraded from questionable to out. Aldama has been among the league's most productive bench performers and started the last game against the San Antonio Spurs. With him out, Memphis will have a significant gap to fill. Brandon Clarke and GG Jackson II may feature more in the rotation, though they are far from must-have fantasy options.
