Memphis Grizzlies forward/center Jaren Jackson Jr. (ankle) has a chance to return from a five-game absence after being listed as questionable for Friday's contest against the Cleveland Cavaliers. The former Defensive Player of the Year sprained his ankle on March 3 against the Atlanta Hawks and hasn't been able to take the court since then. If he's unable to suit up, Zach Edey and GG Jackson II should remain as the starting frontcourt. Brandon Clarke should also see some more opportunities off of the bench, but Edey provides the most stability with 9.2 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks per game.

Memphis Grizzlies forward/center Brandon Clarke (knee) has been cleared to return from a one-game absence on Wednesday against the Utah Jazz. He missed Monday's tilt against the Phoenix Suns due to knee soreness and was also iffy for Wednesday when the team initially listed Clarke as questionable on the injury report. The Grizzlies frontcourt is currently without Jaren Jackson Jr. (ankle) and Santi Aldama (calf), giving Clarke an opportunity to contribute more than usual. This month, Clarke has upped his numbers to 10.8 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks.

Memphis Grizzlies forward/center Santi Aldama (calf) will remain out for Wednesday's game against the Utah Jazz. The Spaniard has played only once in the last five games and is still recovering from a right calf strain. With Jaren Jackson Jr. (ankle) also unavailable, the frontcourt must rely on Zach Edey (ankle) and Brandon Clarke (knee), while GG Jackson II and Jay Huff also play a bigger role.

Memphis Grizzlies guard/forward John Konchar (knee) will be active on Friday against the Dallas Mavericks. He didn't play on Wednesday against the Oklahoma City Thunder due to knee soreness, but Memphis has upgraded his status from questionable to available for Friday's game. Konchar currently serves as a depth player for the Grizzlies and is not expected to have a significant role on Friday. So far this season, he has averaged 2.5 points and 3.4 rebounds in 12.8 minutes per game.

Memphis Grizzlies forward/center Santi Aldama (calf) will play in Friday's matchup against the Dallas Mavericks. He was at risk of missing a third consecutive game after Memphis initially listed him as questionable on the injury report. Aldama has been one of the best bench players in the league this season, but he is set for a spell as a starter, with Jaren Jackson Jr. (ankle) out week-to-week. In previous games as a starter this term, Aldama has averaged 12.6 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 4.3 assists.
