Washington Wizards forward/center Marvin Bagley III (back) won't be ready to return to action on Saturday against Chicago. The 25-year-old will miss a sixth consecutive game due to lower back spasms. Luckily for the Wizards, Richaun Holmes (toe) looks to be on the mend and a possibility for Saturday's matchup after being tagged as questionable for the game. He had a pair of strong games without Bagley before hurting his left big toe. If Holmes can't return, Kyle Kuzma looks set for another start at the center position. The Bulls are strong at center with Nikola Vucevic and Andre Drummond, meaning this is going to be a very challenging matchup for Washington.

Washington Wizards center Marvin Bagley III (back) won't play on Thursday against Houston. He's dealing with back spasms and has already missed four games. At this rate, the chance of him sitting out the remainder of the 2023-24 campaign continues to grow, primarily since the Wizards have already been eliminated from Play-In contention. With Richaun Holmes (toe) questionable, Kyle Kuzma could continue to hold things down in the middle, with Corey Kispert remaining in the starting lineup. Kispert had 22 points in Tuesday's loss to the Grizzlies and will be a popular DFS value option if he rolls with the first five again on Thursday night.

Memphis Grizzlies point guard Scotty Pippen Jr. (back) has been cleared to return to action on Wednesday versus Charlotte. The 23-year-old hasn't played since Feb. 14, recovering from a lumbar disc bulge. Pippen Jr. has put in a few promising performances, averaging 10.5 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 4.5 in eight games he has played with the Grizzlies. However, he hasn't had a regular role in the rotation, which makes him a risky fantasy choice.

Memphis Grizzlies forward Lamar Stevens (groin) won't make his return to the lineup on Wednesday against Charlotte, missing a second consecutive game. The 26-year-old is troubled by left adductor soreness. Stevens is one of many frontcourt players missing the action on Wednesday, meaning the likes of Trey Jemison, GG Jackson II, and Jake LaRavia are facing a heavy workload. All three had strong performances on Tuesday versus Washington and should do well again against another struggling team.

Memphis Grizzlies guard/forward Vince Williams Jr. (knee) will miss a third consecutive contest on Wednesday against the Hornets. The 23-year-old hasn't been able to shake off left patellar tendon soreness. Williams Jr.'s absence should secure plenty of shots for Luke Kennard and GG Jackson II. Both players tend to be quite inconsistent with their performances, but in Charlotte, they face a team that struggles defensively -- only three teams have a worse defensive rating than the Hornets.
