Memphis Grizzlies forward Brandon Clarke (hand) has been ruled out for Friday's contest against the Los Angeles Lakers. He missed the previous game due to left Achilles injury management, but the injury report shows Clarke is dealing with a hand injury now. The 27-year-old has spent a large majority of the season recovering from last year's Achilles tear and has only played in six games since returning to action on March 27. It is great for Grizzlies fans to see their talented big man back on the court looking healthy, as he has averaged over 11 points per game while playing over 20 minutes in all six games. While he is out, expect Trey Jemison to lead the frontcourt.

Memphis Grizzlies forward Santi Aldama (foot) will not play in Friday's contest versus the Los Angeles Lakers. He will miss his sixth straight game because of a right foot strain. Aldama last took the court on April 1 against the Detroit Pistons. The Grizzlies are not in playoff contention, so there is no need to rush Aldama back onto the court. Memphis will continue to finish the season with a depleted roster. Brandon Clarke (hand) is also out for Friday's game, so expect Trey Jemison to lead the frontcourt again after playing 36 minutes last game.

Memphis Grizzlies forward/center Jaren Jackson Jr. (quadriceps) has been ruled out for a third consecutive game as the team gears up to meet San Antonio on Tuesday. The reigning Defensive Player of the Year is nursing a right quadriceps injury. Santi Aldama (foot) is also on the shelf, resulting in big minutes to the likes of Trey Jemison, Maozinha Pereira, and GG Jackson II. Brandon Clarke also benefits in the situation, although his minutes are closely monitored following his comeback from an Achilles tear. However, Clarke has been productive when on the court, tallying 10.8 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 1.0 blocks. Memphis' big men face a difficult challenge against Victor Wembanyama on Tuesday.

Memphis Grizzlies guard/forward Desmond Bane (back) will be absent for a sixth consecutive game on Tuesday versus the Spurs. He's dealing with a lumbar disc bulge, leaving the keys to the backcourt to Scotty Pippen Jr. and Jordan Goodwin. Both players have been good fantasy producers lately, and Pippen Jr. is fresh off a career night. The 23-year-old totaled 24 points, five assists, and two steals in 30 minutes against Philadelphia on Sunday. Bane's injury also means more shooting opportunities for GG Jackson II.

Washington Wizards forward/center Marvin Bagley III (knee) remains out for Sunday's matchup with Toronto. The 25-year-old missed the last two games because of a sprained knee. While he hasn't officially been ruled out for the remainder of the 2023-24 campaign, fantasy managers likely won't see him on the floor until next season. With Kyle Kuzma (ankle) and Richaun Holmes (toe) questionable, Tristan Vukcevic, coming off a 17-point, seven-rebound, two-steal effort in Friday's loss to Portland, may continue to remain in the starting lineup.
