The Toronto Raptors acquired forward P.J. Tucker, a second-round pick, and cash from the Miami Heat in exchange for guard Davion Mitchell on Thursday before the trade deadline. Tucker was traded by the Clippers to the Jazz on February 1 then traded to the Heat in the traded that landed Jimmy Butler in Golden State. Tucker was on the move again on Thursday going from one of his former teams to another as the Heat sent him to Toronto. Tucker was originally a second-round pick of the Raptors back in 2006 and also stopped with them during the 2016-17 season. The journeyman has been limited to 15.0 minutes in 28 games this season with the Clippers and has not made meaningful fantasy contributes in several years. He will likely serve as a mentor to the team's young big men and play a few minutes off the bench before becoming a free agent at the end of this season.

The Los Angeles Clippers added guard Bogdan Bogdanovic and three second-round picks in a trade with the Atlanta Hawks in exchange for Terance Mann and Bones Hyland. Bogdanovic has missed the last six games due to a personal matter and only played a total of 24 games all season. When available, he averaged 10.0 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 24.9 minutes per game. He'll likely be the primary backup to James Harden for the rest of this season since the Clippers traded away Kevin Porter Jr. in addition to Mann and Hyland. Bogdanovic is also under contract for the 2025-26 season with a club option for the 2026-27 season.

Brooklyn Nets guard Ben Simmons (back, injury management) is off the injury report ahead of Wednesday's matchup with the Wizards. The former 76er didn't suit up for Tuesday's win over the Houston Rockets to rest. As a result, D'Angelo Russell and Reece Beekman handled most of the duties at the one spot. While Russell should remain the equation, Simmons' return on Wednesday should mean less work for Beekman. With Washington allowing a league-worst 121.7 points per game, Simmons could be in line for an above-average night.

Atlanta Hawks shooting guard Bogdan Bogdanovic (personal) won't play on Wednesday against the San Antonio Spurs. With Bogdanovic's popping up in the rumor mill as Thursday's trade deadline nears, it's unclear when or if he'll rejoin the Atlanta Hawks. Missing Bogdanovic will cost Atlanta some major playmaking off the bench. Bogdanovic has missed the last five games due to personal reasons, as he has been out since January 25. The Hawks will need to adjust their rotation with Bogdanovic out, giving more minutes to Dyson Daniels.

Brooklyn Nets guard Ben Simmons (lower back, injury management) won't play on Tuesday against the Rockets. The Nets are playing back-to-back games on Tuesday and Wednesday, so Simmons will take the night off before likely returning against Washington. Without him, D'Angelo Russell should be in line for more minutes, with Keon Johnson also getting more involved at the one.
