He received a brief look at Triple-A and logged only three innings of work. When the former seventh-round selection is cleared to return, he will likely open the season with Double-A.

The former seventh-round pick by the Seattle Mariners in 2019 pitched at Single-A Dunedin, Double-A New Hampshire and Buffalo in 2024, going a combined 5-5 with a 4.63 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 105:35 K:BB in 93 1/3 frames over 20 starts. Fantasy managers can avoid Macko in 2025.

However, during his first three innings at the Triple-A level, Macko allowed three earned runs. When Macko does return to action, fantasy managers should expect him to get his first full look at Triple-A.
