Los Angeles Dodgers catching prospect Dalton Rushing notched his second four-hit game of the season, going 4-for-5 with a double, a home run, one RBI, and two runs scored on Thursday for Triple-A Oklahoma City. The home run was his third of the year, and the 5-foot-11 backstop is slashing .268/.377/.411 in 17 games. The former second-round draft pick has mostly played catcher this season, but with his path to the majors blocked by Will Smith, he's also logged some time at first base, left field, and DH, which should give the Dodgers some options in the way they could find at-bats when they finally decide to call him up. The Dodgers' top offensive prospect is one of the top prospect stashes for those looking for reinforcements.

Athletics infield prospect Max Muncy went 2-for-6 with a pair of doubles and three runs scored in his first game action back at Triple-A Las Vegas on Thursday. The A's optioned Muncy to Triple-A on Wednesday after he began the year 12-for-68 (.176) with a 29.6 percent strikeout rate compared to just a 4.2 percent walk rate in the majors. With a strong showing at Triple-A, the former first-round draft pick will likely get another shot in the big leagues this year, but the 22-year-old isn't a stash candidate at this time.

Kansas City Royals starting pitcher Michael Lorenzen earned his second win with a quality start in a 6-2 win over the Rockies in the second game of a doubleheader on Thursday. He allowed one run on five hits and four walks over six innings while striking out seven. Although the four walks aren't pretty, Lorenzen got the job done in what was a solid start overall. It was his second start of the season with seven strikeouts and his fourth where he allowed three runs or less. He will carry a 3.90 ERA and 1.45 WHIP into his next start, currently lined up to be against the Rays.

Arizona Diamondbacks relief pitcher A.J. Puk (elbow) will likely miss multiple months in a best-case scenario, reports Nick Piecoro of the Arizona Republic. There is no official word yet on a timetable from the Diamondbacks, but Puk is currently awaiting word from two orthopedic doctors on the severity of his elbow injury. Seeking multiple opinions on an elbow injury is never a good sign, and Arizona's bullpen will likely be without Puk for a while. For fantasy purposes, this makes Justin Martinez a full-time closer who should be rostered in most leagues.
