Counter-Strike: Global Offensive fans, we are back to best-of-three format for this Nine-to-Five tournament overnight Sunday night. We have some good matchups and the spreads to be fairly close. I honestly don’t love the prize pool for this slate, but I’ll rock two to three lineups.
I’ll usually rock CSGO articles throughout the week. I'll focus on my core plays and lineup construction plans for the slate. I’ll usually post the night before, but this slate popped up Sunday morning, so we’re rocking with what we got.
In case you missed my Esports101 feature, check out the below on what my focus is for CSGO:
“With CSGO, I focus on the Vegas totals and K/D ratio the most here. If any slates have best of one, we focus on a 3-3 stack. If it’s best of three, I focus on a 3-2-1 stack or a 3-3 stack only. So…. How do we know the best kill/death ratio guys? The answer is all so easy. HLTV.org provides a DEEP DIVE into CSGO stats, where you can view a player's K/D and past game logs. I use past game logs, but again, I focus on the previous 10-15 matches. In CSGO, we have a CAPTAIN spot and five flex spots. I tend to focus on the heavier favorites here more than anything and focus on the BEST K/D ratio guys.
Keep it simple. 3-3 or 3-2-1 stacks with the one-off being a match that could go the distance and has a higher floor.”
Now that we got out of the way, let’s rank my favorite stacks for this slate.
- AVEZ
- SYMAN (SYM)
- ATT
- CR4ZY
Again, I’m only rocking 2-3 lineups, and to fit AVEZ-ATT, I need to punt at Captain with a guy who has high upside. CR4ZY is a fairly big underdog, but I love them to upset tonight. If I do a third lineup, I’ll use SENSEi and Sergiz as part of my CR4ZY stack along with mixing and matching the other three teams.
Player pool:
- AVEZ — Kei, Marko, Byali, Kylar
- SYM — Keoz, Mou, Norb3r7
- ATT — Any of the top 4 in play.
- CR4ZY — Sergiz, SENSEi
Top stacks — AVEZ (Kei at CPT) with SYM
