Prellezo’s picks (7/13): Core plays and lineup construction for LoL

Share

There’s a new League of Legends two-game slate getting started late Sunday night/early Monday morning, and I’m back with some of my favorite DFS plays for the slate. If you haven’t had a chance, please read up on the Esports 101 article.

This takes a deep dive into what I do and lineup construction advice. Monday is a big day, and I’ll be running 10-15 lineups. When building fewer than 30-40 lineups, I hand-build them all. My focus for this article will be around my favorite stacks and my current plan up to this point. Feel free to reach out with any questions if you have them.

As I write this, I’ve built 13 lineups with starting lineups already announced. I actually started building Saturday night and confirmed Sunday morning from my research that I love what I’m working with. My favorite stacks are as follows. I have listed them from favorite to least favorite:

  • Top Esports (TES)
  • Bilibili Gaming (BLG)
  • Suning (SN)
  • Victory 5 (V5)

TES: As I mentioned a few nights ago, everyone always loves putting JackeyLove in the CPT spot, but Knight is the moneymaker. He consistently puts more points than JackeyLove night in and night out and he will be my top player. V5 went from the worst team in the LPL to one of the best teams. I think V5’s streak ends here as TES will continue their hot streak. I’ll have 1-2 stacks max of V5. Rocking close to 12-13 TES stacks. I will have some JackeyLove at Captain, but it will mainly be Knight tonight.

BLG: My favorite team and the reason I won $30k in profit the other day. Suning comes in on a four-game winning streak and coming out strong to the start of the split. BLG is a different team since Meteor became the starting JNG again. They only have lost once since he became the starter and it was against iG, who they should have beat. Wings and FoFo are the best plays and I dont hate them in the CPT spot.

I will hedge with some SN lines in which I’ll have 369, Yuyanjia and Angel at CPT.

Here’s examples of my current builds.

  • TES — BLG: 4-2 stack
  • BLG — TES: 4-2 stack
  • SN — TES: 4-2 stack (punt TEAM spot)

I will have only MID or ADC at CPT. I might have one or two TOP or SUP CPT play to fit TES and SN. Also, when I say 4-2, I mean the following. This is an example:

  • CPT – TES MID
  • TOP – TES TOP (or can use BLG TOP)
  • JNG – TES JNG
  • MID – BLG MID
  • ADC – TES ADC
  • SUP – BLG SUP

TEAM – BLG TEAM
