Happy Friday! What a day it was for me and hopefully for all of you in my last LOL breakdown. Although BLG wasn’t my number 1 stack, they were still listed as a top stack. I had a ton of GenG, BLG, and IG and it turned out some crazy ROI! If you haven’t had a chance, please, please read up on the Esports 101 article.

This takes a deep dive into what I do and lineup construction advice. Thursday is a big day, and I’ll be running 10-15 lineups. When building fewer than 30-40 lineups, I hand-build them all. How do I build them? That’s addressed in the piece linked above.

My focus for this article will be around my favorite stacks and my current plan up to this point. Feel free to reach out with any questions if you have them.

As I write this, I’ve built 10 lineups without starting lineups being announced, but this won’t affect the stacks I’m focusing on. I actually started building Thursday night and confirmed Friday morning from my research that I love what I’m working with. My favorite stacks are as follows. I have listed them from favorite to least favorite:

  • Dominus Esports (DMO) and Rogue Warriors (RW) — see below
  • Top Esports (TES)
  • Afreeca Freecs (AF)
  • DAMWON Gaming (DWG)
  • DRX
  • FunPlus Phoenix (FPX)

DMO and RW: Let me start off and let you know that I am not a fan of game stacks, so do not stack these teams together. They are my top stacks, though, and it’s not even close. I’m going to hedge the crap out of this game because it’s going to be very, very, very high-scoring. RW comes in with a record of 0-8, but with signs of life on their last four matches as they’ve lost 2-1 in three of the four after being swept in their first four matches of the season. DMO comes in at 1-8 with their last three losses coming in at 2-1. In half their matches this split, DMO and RW have allowed opposing teams to score almost 90 points per match on average. In case you’re wondering, yes, that is a lot of points, and this matchup will be the most aggressive of the night — two bottom-barrel teams playing for nothing except pride. If I had to choose a team to win straight up, I actually lean RW to get their first win. I understand DMO has looked better their last four matches including having a win, but Saturday is RW’s day. That said, I’m current locked in on three four-man stacks of RW and three four-man stacks of DMO mixed with TES and AF mainly. If Wuming is starting for RW, I will most likely go six DMO stacks and four RW stacks.

TES: Rematch of the Mid-Season Classic between FPX and TES. FPX is on a downward spiral this split, and it will continue against the undefeated TES. Everyone always loves putting JackeyLove in the CPT spot, but Knight is the money maker. He consistently puts more points than JackeyLove night in and night out and he will be my top player tonight. Lock in Knight and lock in TES.

AF: I don’t need to harp on this play too much except emphasize that they are playing one of the worst LCK teams that feeds kills. I honestly feel AF will go overlooked because of TES and the RW/DMO matchup, but I’ll be locking them in a few lineups because of the matchup.

Here are examples of my current builds:

  • RW-TES: 4-2 stack
  • DMO-AF: 4-2 stack
  • DMO-DWG: 4-2 stack

I will have only MID or ADC at CPT. I might have one TOP or JNG CPT play to fit DMO and TES. Also, when I say 4-2, I mean the following. This is an example:

  • CPT – DMO ADC
  • TOP – AF TOP (or can use DMO TOP)
  • JNG – DMO JNG
  • MID – DMO MID
  • ADC – AF ADC
  • SUP – DMO SUP
  • TEAM – DWG or DRX TEAM
