After reports that the team was going to release him, the Cincinnati Bengals reversed course Friday and traded QB Ryan Finley to the Houston Texans, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

Finley, the Bengals’ fourth-round pick in 2019, started four games for the team in 2019-2020, putting up a 3:4 TD:INT ratio and a 59.4 passer rating.
