The Las Vegas Raiders made their second RB signing of the day Thursday, bringing Theo Riddick back to the team on a one-year deal, per ESPN’s Field Yates.

Riddick, who turns 30 in May, spent his first six years with the Lions after being drafted in the sixth round of 2013. In his best years, 2015-2016, he had 830 and 728 scrimmage yards and scored a combined 10 touchdowns. He landed in Denver in 2019 but missed the year to a shoulder injury, then played four games for the Raiders last year, getting 6 carries for 14 yards and 5 receptions for 43 yards.
Raiders re-sign RB Theo Riddick
Fantasy slant: Riddick rejoins the Raiders one year after playing only four games and registering only 11 touches with the team. The Raiders also added Kenyan Drake and of course already have workhorse RB Josh Jacobs. The Jacobs/Drake combo means the Raiders are now loaded at RB, and Riddick may not be on the roster come September. But even if he is, he doesn’t need to be on any fantasy rosters. — Tyler Loechner
