The Saints acquired Alexander via trade with the San Francisco 49ers in November of last season, and Alexander started Weeks 10-16 before getting injured in Week 16 and missing Week 17 and the playoffs. Alexander had joined San Francisco before the 2019 season as a free agent after spending his first four seasons in Tampa Bay. The 2015 fourth-rounder has 7 career interceptions and made the Pro Bowl in 2017. Per reports, he’s expected to be ready for training camp.
