There are eight NHL games on the ice Saturday, with the DraftKings and FanDuel NHL DFS slates beginning at 7 p.m. ET.

Below and you’ll find stacks, picks and NHL DFS strategy that will hopefully help you take home all the cash. Don’t be afraid to follow trends and take shots on low priced players on this small slate.

If you’re playing catchup on DFS hockey, check out the Basics of DFS Fantasy Hockey, and you can check out our other articles about NHL for this slate. Make sure you tune into our Discord for updates on line changes.

Saturday stacks

We have a near identical slate to Friday night, and I’m going back to the well on Colorado and Vegas. The Avalanche will be chalk, and good chalk for that matter. They face a bottom-five team in goals allowed and one of the worst teams in the NHL. They hurt us a bit Friday as the third line went wild instead of any of the top two lines, but this is the bounceback. Vegas has shown signs of life recently and face a terrible defense in the San Jose Sharks. They went pretty wild Friday, and I expect it once again. If Nathan MacKinnon is indeed out again, you can get the top Vegas line with the second line of the Avalanche or even two of the three skaters from the top line. The Sharks have allowed 3 or more goals in six of their last seven, including at least 4 in five of those games. It’s a team we’ve targeted against all year, and that continues. The Blues are my sneaky stack as I see them going underowned. I listed the top line, but you can get a two-man stack of David Perron and Brayden Schenn if you want to get extra sneaky. It’s a big slate so you have to take some stands so keep that in mind. The reason I say that is because Winnipeg, Edmonton and Columbus are all in good spots as well and I’ll have some exposure.
