Fantasy slant: The Baltimore connection is alive and well in Houston. Their new head coach, David Culley, who served as wide receiver coach for the Ravens, brings in one of his former pupils. Moore’s primary responsibility during the last four seasons has been as a kickoff returner. Moore can slide into that role alongside fellow newly minted Texan Andre Roberts. — Derek Brown
