Tyler Lockett Catches One Pass Once Again

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett only caught one pass for 22 yards in Week 15 against the Green Bay Packers. Lockett's 22 yards marked a game-high dating back to Week 9. In his defense, fellow wide receiver DK Metcalf did not fare much better in Week 15. The Seahawks' offense as a whole was disjointed. Only running back Zach Charbonnet and wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba found any success against a relentless Packers defense. Hopefully, Lockett is on waivers in your fantasy league. He simply cannot even deliver flex value at this point. It is disappointing considering how many years of high-end fantasy relevance Lockett enjoyed before the last season or two.

Noah Fant Records Three Receptions In Week 15

Seattle Seahawks tight end Noah Fant caught three passes for 15 yards in Week 15. The Seahawks could not get much going against a relentless Green Bay Packers defense. Fant has not been much of a fantasy-relevant player all season and his performance was on par with most of his performances this year. With quarterback Geno Smith (knee) going down due to injury, Fant's production could continue to fall. Quarterback Sam Howell did not fare well in Smith's stead. He only completed 5/14 passes. With fantasy managers squarely in the fantasy playoffs, Fant is not someone anyone should be looking at to fill their tight end slot. He has only recorded 329 receiving yards and no touchdowns in ten games this season. Leave Fant to waivers.

Geno Smith Questionable To Return On Sunday Night

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith (knee) was forced from Sunday night's meeting with the Green Bay Packers and is questionable to return. Smith exited the contest in the third quarter after taking a low hit on a jump pass from Packers' linebacker Edgerrin Cooper. He landed with his leg still in Cooper's grasp, which caused his knee to bend awkwardly. Before his exit, the 34-year-old completed an efficient 15-of-19 passes for 149 yards and one interception -- picking up five yards on his lone carry. Quarterback Sam Howell has entered the game in relief.UPDATE: Head coach Mike Macdonald said that everything looks structurally sound for Smith's knee, but he will go for tests on Monday. It's unclear if Smith will be forced to miss time, but we should know more after his tests.

Kenneth Walker III Won't Play In Week 15

Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III (calf) will be inactive for Sunday Night Football against the Green Bay Packers in Week 15. The calf issue has hindered Walker over the last few weeks. It was enough to sideline him last Sunday against the Cardinals, and now, he'll be inactive again versus Green Bay. His absence opens the door for Zach Charbonnet to start at running back. Charbonnet took advantage of his increased role last weekend, totaling 134 rushing yards, seven catches, 59 receiving yards, and two touchdowns en route to being the highest-scoring running back in fantasy football. Even against a tougher defense in the Packers, Charbonnet should continue to be viewed as a low-end RB1 option.

Noah Fant Not Likely An Option In Week 15

Seattle Seahawks tight end Noah Fant is not in a position to help your team in Week 15. The Seahawks will host the Green Bay Packers on Sunday Night Football. While the Packers are No. 25 against opposing tight ends in fantasy, Fant does not see consistent enough volume to merit serious fantasy consideration. With no bye weeks left this season, there are plenty of tight ends that should be able to at least deliver Fant's typical six fantasy points. Fant is important as a chain mover for Seattle's offense. However, that success does not translate to fantasy football. Although he did miss three games this season, Fant is still the TE31. That is not a number that inspires much confidence for a position where you only start one player. Leave Fant to waivers and look for more upside in your tight end spot this week.
