San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy (shoulder) will be limited in the team's first practice of the week on Wednesday. Purdy was unable to play in the Week 12 loss to the Green Bay Packers due to right-shoulder soreness, but he did feel good while doing some light throwing on Monday. It's a good sign that he's practicing early in the week, although he may need to upgrade to a full practice later this week to avoid a questionable designation for the Sunday night contest against the Buffalo Bills. Backup Brandon Allen couldn't get much going in a spot start last Sunday, going 17-for-29 for 199 yards with a touchdown and interception. All of San Fran's offensive skill players would benefit from Purdy's return. If Purdy is more of a game-time decision this week, it will make life very difficult for fantasy managers with the Niners not playing until Sunday night. Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay said the team is still gathering facts after wide receiver Demarcus Robinson was arrested on Monday on suspicion of DUI and they have not made a decision regarding whether Robinson will play on Sunday against the New Orleans Saints in Week 13. The 30-year-old has essentially become LA's No. 3 wideout behind Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp, so if Robinson doesn't suit up this weekend, it would open up more playing time for Tutu Atwell and Tyler Johnson. Through 11 games in 2024, Robinson has 26 receptions for 384 yards and a career-high six touchdowns on 50 targets in his second year with the team. In Sunday night's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, he caught just two of three targets for 15 yards but was able to find the end zone for the sixth time this year. Check back later this week to see if Robinson will be available against the Saints.

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Demarcus Robinson was arrested on suspicion of DUI on Monday morning after police officers pulled him over for traveling over 100 miles per hour, according to Clayton Holloway of NFL Media. Robinson's arrest came mere hours after his Rams lost to the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday Night Football. The veteran receiver caught two passes for 15 yards and a touchdown in the defeat. Following his arrest, he was cited and released to a responsible party. As of now, it's unclear if there will be any legal developments stemming from this incident. Fantasy managers should monitor Robinson's status ahead of Week 13 versus the New Orleans Saints.

It's good news that the 24-year-old had a successful throwing session to start the week, but his status for the Week 13 contest versus the Buffalo Bills on Sunday is very much up in the air as of now. If Purdy is unable to go by the weekend, Brandon Allen would likely make a second straight start after going just 17-for-29 for 199 yards, one TD and one interception in the loss to Green Bay. Everyone in San Fran's offense struggled in Week 12 with Allen under center, outside of tight end George Kittle. Any fantasy managers invested in the 49ers' offensive weapons is hoping Purdy returns against Buffalo.

San Francisco 49ers rookie wide receiver Ricky Pearsall was a non-factor during a 38-10 loss to the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field on Sunday. Despite a healthy snap count, Pearsall was not targeted. His only touches came as a punt returner, where he was filling in for fellow rookie Jacob Cowing (concussion). In the third quarter, Pearsall limped off the field after getting rolled up on but was back on the field for the next series. A few weeks ago Pearsall appeared to be building some momentum, demonstrating escalating involvement which peaked with a 15.3 half-PPR performance in Week 10 at Tampa Bay. But in the two games since then, he has zero combined receptions and just two targets. Pearsall has a bright future but as long as Jauan Jennings is healthy, Pearsall figures to be untrustable for fantasy managers fighting for a 2024 playoff berth. His next chance to get involved will be a Week 13 matchup versus the Buffalo Bills on Sunday Night Football.
