Fortunately for Bass, the wind and precipitation effects of Orchard Park's lake effect snow warning should dissipate in time for kickoff, leaving favorable conditions as he prepares to kick in a potential shootout between the 49ers and Bills. Bass ranks just inside the top 12 fantasy kickers for Week 13.
