New York Jets kicker Greg Joseph made his lone field-goal attempt and added three extra points in a 32-20 win over the Miami Dolphins in Week 18. Joseph was signed off of the Jets' practice squad earlier in the week and hit all of his kicks in the season finale. New York opened the season with Greg Zuerlein as their kicker, but he struggled with injuries and accuracy issues throughout the season. That being said, he is still under contract for one more season so he is likely to open 2025 as the Jets' kicker once again, leaving Joseph to pursue work elsewhere this offseason.

New York Jets kicker Greg Joseph will make his debut for the team in a Week 18 home matchup against the Miami Dolphins. Joseph was added to the team's roster from the practice squad earlier in the week and will serve as the Jets' fifth kicker this season. The Dolphins have been generous to kickers this season, allowing the fourth-most fantasy points per game to the position but Joseph should not be considered a starting option for fantasy gamers still vying for a title in Week 18.

The New York Jets are signing kicker Greg Joseph from the practice squad to their 53-man active roster on Tuesday, according to Joseph's agent. The seven-year veteran was signed to New York's practice squad last week and will serve as the kicker for their Week 18 regular-season finale against the division-rival Miami Dolphins on Sunday. It will be the fifth different kicker that the Jets have used in 2024 in yet another disappointing season that will end with no playoff appearance. Greg Zuerlein (knee) came off Injured Reserve last week but didn't attempt a kick in the blowout loss to the Buffalo Bills. In seven games this year with the New York Giants and Washington Commanders, the 30-year-old Joseph went 15-for-18 on his field-goal tries while making all eight of his extra points. Fantasy managers still playing for a title should look to avoid Joseph in Week 18.

The New York Jets signed kicker Greg Joseph to their practice squad, according to Joseph's agent, Brett Tessler. The veteran is now on his fifth team of the season after spending training camp with Green Bay, briefly signing with Detroit's practice squad, and then having stints with the New York Giants and Washington Commanders. Jets kicker Anders Carlson had a brutal showing on Sunday against the L.A. Rams, missing an extra point and a 49-yarder that would have cut the lead to one score in the fourth quarter. Joseph is unlikely to hold any fantasy value, however, even if he unseats Carlson for the starting job prior to a Week 17 game at Buffalo.

The Washington Commanders elevated veteran kicker Greg Joseph from their practice squad with Zane Gonzalez (foot) questionable to play the New Orleans Saints in Week 15. It's likely a form of insurance for Washington, which put starter Austin Seibert (groin) on injured reserve earlier this year. Gonzalez was limited in practice earlier this week, but figures to still be the projected starter. Managers will have to consider if they want anything to do with Washington's kicking situation in the fantasy playoffs.
