Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring) is officially inactive for Week 13 against the Baltimore Ravens. He had been listed as questionable after practicing in a limited capacity on Friday. Smith went through a thorough pregame workout, and although it was reported that he wanted to play, the Eagles will ultimately hold him out Sunday. Smith's absence should lead to additional opportunities for A.J. Brown, Dallas Goedert, and Jahan Dotson in the passing game.

According to NFL Media's Ian Rapoport, Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring) "may work out on Sunday to see if he can go" against the Baltimore Ravens. However, Rapoport added that "there is not a lot of optimism that he'll be out there." The wideout wasn't available for the Week 12 win over the Los Angeles Rams. He also didn't practice on Wednesday and logged only limited sessions on Thursday and Friday, resulting in a questionable designation. Fantasy managers likely won't see the wideout back on the field in Week 13. If that turns out to be true, running back Saquon Barkley, receiver A.J. Brown, and tight end Dallas Goedert should see more attention from quarterback Jalen Hurts. Nobody outside of that trio can be trusted to fill the void caused by Smith's expected absence.

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Johnny Wilson (hamstring) has officially been ruled out for Sunday's road tilt against the Baltimore Ravens. The hulking wideout was a late addition to Philadelphia's practice report -- logging a DNP on Friday after popping up with a soft tissue issue. It's unfortunate news for the rookie, who participated on the most snaps of his young career in last Sunday's 37-20 win over the Los Angeles Rams (51). However, it didn't amount to much, commanding just one target in the blowout victory as running back Saquon Barkley stole the show. Wilson will miss at least one week, with fellow WR Jahan Dotson projected to be the de facto No. 2 option unless DeVonta Smith (hamstring) is on the positive side of his questionable designation. Look for wide receiver Parris Campbell to see some snaps if Smith can't suit up. Campbell was signed to the Eagles' active roster on Saturday.

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Jahan Dotson could earn some fantasy relevance if DeVonta Smith (hamstring), who is listed as questionable, fails to play against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 13. Dotson has a modest 10 catches for 110 yards through 11 games this season, but he played a respectable 68 percent of the snaps with Smith sidelined last week. He could be in line for a similar role if Smith spends Week 13 on the sideline. Also working in Dotson's favor is a matchup against the Ravens, who have allowed the second-most catches, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns to opposing wide receivers, as well as the single-most fantasy points. Fantasy managers should view Dotson as a potential WR4/flex play if Smith is inactive on Sunday.

Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert remains an appealing option in fantasy football, especially given his potential to command additional targets and volume during Sunday's Week 13 game against the Baltimore Ravens. Goedert has 10 targets over his last two games, and while his reception and yardage totals have been down, that could change this Sunday against Baltimore. The Ravens have already allowed the fifth-most catches and third-most receiving yards to opposing tight ends, pointing to numerous opportunities for Goedert to get involved through the air this weekend. Furthermore, there's an outside chance the Eagles could be without DeVonta Smith (hamstring). If so, there would be even more targets available for Goedert, who finds himself in the low-end TE1 range for fantasy purposes.
