DeVonta Smith Eclipses Century Mark, Scores Two Touchdowns

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith caught six of his seven targets for 120 yards and two touchdowns in their decisive victory against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday afternoon. Smith left the game for a brief window with a wrist injury. However, that did not seem to alter his performance as he paced all Philadelphia pass catchers in yards and receptions. He caught his first score of the game from Kenny Pickett on a 22-yard pass. He found the end zone again, this time on a 25-yard strike from Tanner McKee. His longest reception of the afternoon went for 49 yards. Despite catching passes from a multiple backup quarterbacks, Smith showcased his elite upside with his first multi-touchdown performance of the season. Smith will look to stay hot in a divisional tilt in Week 18 against the New York Giants.

Kenny Pickett Questionable To Return Against Cowboys

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Kenny Pickett (ribs) exited during the third quarter of Sunday's Week 17 contest against the Dallas Cowboys. He took a hit while throwing a pass, went to the sideline in visible pain, and then went to the locker room with medical personnel. At the time of his departure, he had completed 10 of 15 passes for 143 passing yards, one passing touchdown, and one rushing touchdown. With Jalen Hurts (concussion) also sidelined, the Eagles will now turn to third-string quarterback Tanner McKee to lead their offense until Pickett can return. A second-year Stanford product, McKee has never played a regular-season snap in the NFL.

Kenneth Gainwell Remains Risky For Week 17

Philadelphia Eagles running back Kenneth Gainwell normally only sees a handful of carries each week. However, Gainwell could see more touches in Week 17 with the Eagles likely going with a run-heavy approach on offense. Gainwell has been held to 26 rushing yards or less in each of his last five games. Saquon Barkley continues to get the bulk of the carries and that's likely to continue in Week 17. Gainwell has seen more involvement in the receiving game lately, but he still remains a risky streaming choice for Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys.

Jake Elliott Offers Consistency In Week 17

Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott will aim to continue his reliable production in Week 17 against the Dallas Cowboys. While Elliott has struggled from beyond 50 yards this season, hitting just one of seven attempts, his success from shorter distances and the high-scoring nature of the Eagles' offense have kept him fantasy relevant. He ranks fifth in the league with 40 extra points made, a testament to Philadelphia's efficiency in the red zone. Elliott has posted back-to-back double-digit fantasy performances, providing a solid floor for managers in need of a dependable kicker. With the Eagles expected to put up points against a Cowboys defense that has shown vulnerabilities, Elliott remains a strong option heading into this divisional matchup.

Grant Calcaterra Off The Fantasy Radar For Week 17

Philadelphia Eagles tight end Grant Calcaterra has struggled to make an impact in recent weeks and remains off the fantasy radar as the team prepares to host the Dallas Cowboys in Week 17. Calcaterra hasn't surpassed three receptions or 22 receiving yards in any of his last three starts and failed to draw a single target against Washington in Week 16. While Calcaterra has been on the field plenty, logging over 88% of the snaps and running 92 routes over the last three games, his involvement in the passing game has been nearly nonexistent. With Kenny Pickett under center and the Eagles opting to lean on their star receivers, Calcaterra offers little upside. Even with Dallas's struggles in red-zone defense, he remains a firm sit and is not a viable streaming option for Week 17.
