After going 2-3 last week, my best entry in the Circa Millions dropped to being tied for 112th place out of 5,273 total entries. My other entry is basically languishing in the middle of the pack at 2,591st. With a little less than half of the season left for this contest, I still have quite a bit of time to move back into the top 100 or better.
Here are some of the sides I am liking this week.
Week 11 Circa Millions Picks
Cleveland Browns PK
I’m seeing -1.5 for the Browns generally, so this is a nice, stale line. It will likely be a popular bet, so if I really wanted to play game theory, I would take the Steelers. But we still have eight weeks of the contest left, and this Browns defense is pretty unreal.
Dorian Thompson-Robinson isn’t quite there yet as an NFL quarterback, but Deshaun Watson was pretty bad this season even before he got hurt, so it’s not like the Browns are downgrading from Patrick Mahomes or anything.
Green Bay Packers +3
The Packers are one of the NFL’s most hated teams this season. I can’t stop rostering and losing with Christian Watson at DFS. I might as well just go down fully with the Packers ship in the Circa contest too. I think the Packers end up winning this game outright and finally putting on an offensive showcase against a bad Chargers defense.
Minnesota Vikings +2.5
I’m generally seeing Vikings +2 as the more neutral line. It’s certainly not an important half point, but it’s a good enough reason to be able to justify backing rocket scientist turned NFL QB phenom Joshua Dobbs.
Las Vegas Raiders +13.5
I know we all love the speed of Miami’s offense, but this seems like a lot of points to get for a team with Josh Jacobs and Davante Adams. The Raiders are also the best side bet using DVOA this week.
