Malachi Corley Inactive In Week 5

New York Jets wide receiver Malachi Corley has been declared inactive ahead of the Week 5 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings. The rookie wideout hasn't seen any action in the passing game since Week 2. The Jets have a Garrett Wilson, Allen Lazard, Mike Williams, and Xavier Gibson, so Corley isn't needed right now. It seems a bit odd that the Jets wouldn't want to involve their third-round rookie in some way. Fantasy managers can continue to ignore Corley in redraft formats, but he's worth stashing in most dynasty formats.

Justin Fields Worth Starting In Week 5

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Justin Fields is coming off a three-touchdown performance and will hope to keep rolling against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 5. This should be a favorable matchup for Fields as Dallas has surrendered the 11th-most fantasy points and sixth-most rushing yards to opposing quarterbacks through the first four weeks of the season. Fields' fantasy potential will additionally benefit from the absence of star linebacker Micah Parsons (ankle), who the Cowboys have ruled out for Sunday night. Although the Steelers are favored at home, Dallas' offense has plenty of firepower and should be able to put up points. This bodes well for Fields, who proved in Week 4 that he can effectively command Pittsburgh's offense when trailing. The 25-year-old signal-caller can be started as a low-end QB1 with upside this week.

Josh Reynolds Not A Starting Option In Week 5

Denver Broncos wide receiver Josh Reynolds (foot) is rostered in only 2% of Yahoo leagues and shouldn't be anywhere near starting fantasy lineups for the team's Week 5 matchup at home against the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders. Reynolds surprisingly entered the Week 4 tilt against the New York Jets leading the team in receiving yards after three weeks, but he proceeded to put up a donut last Sunday with no catches on only two targets in the 10-9 upset win. Conditions should be more favorable against a softer Raiders defense this weekend, but Reynolds belongs on the waiver wire in most fantasy leagues as the WR2 in one of the weakest offenses in the NFL. At best, he's a volatile WR4/flex for those desperate in deeper formats. Reynolds has 11 catches on 17 targets for 174 yards and no touchdowns through four games, placing him outside the top-50 wideouts in half-PPR scoring.

Greg Zuerlein A Low-End Option In Week 5

New York Jets kicker Greg Zuerlein will head to London to take on the Minnesota Vikings in London in Week 5. Zuerlein has been a bit erratic of late, having missed two of his six attempts over the past two games. He will look to get back on track but he may have a hard time against a Vikings defense that is allowing the fewest fantasy points per game to opposing kickers this season. To make matters worse, the Jets offense plays slow and hasn't been very high-scoring this season, which has limited Zuerlein's attempts. He settles in outside the top-20 fantasy kickers this weekend.

Allen Lazard A Flex Option In Week 5

New York Jets wide receiver Allen Lazard has been productive through the first four weeks of the season, catching 16 passes for 206 yards and three touchdowns while outproducing Garrett Wilson in the process. Lazard will look to keep it going in Week 5's London game against the Minnesota Vikings. The Vikings have struggled against enemy receivers this season, allowing the fourth-most fantasy points per game to the position thus far. Lazard is a bit of a risky play as the No. 2 receiver for the Jets but he has produced at least 10.8 PPR points in three of his four games this season and is worth a look as a potential flex option on Sunday, especially with several NFL teams on bye this week. Fantasy managers relying on Jets and Vikings players will want to set their lineups early as the London game kicks off at 9:30 AM EST on Sunday morning.
