New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin caught three of his five targets for 33 yards in a 32-26 overtime loss to the Miami Dolphins in Week 14. Conklin finished fourth on the Jets in targets in the close loss while posting his best yardage total since October 6 against the Minnesota Vikings. The veteran tight end has been trending up over the past two weeks, catching seven of his 10 targets for 65 yards over that span. He will be a low-end TE2 heading into Week 15 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Jalen Reagor (finger) injured his finger on Sunday Night Football against the division-rival Kansas City Chiefs and is considered questionable to return. Before getting hurt, Reagor was targeted just once and caught it for a gain of only four yards. In addition to Reagor, tight end Will Dissly (shoulder) was injured in the first half and is questionable to return. Leading receiver, rookie Ladd McConkey (knee, shoulder), was inactive for the Week 14 contest, so LA's receiving corps has really thinned out on Sunday night. Quentin Johnston and Joshua Palmer are seeing more targets as a result, with Stone Smartt now serving as the top pass-catching tight end. If Reagor does not return, Derius Davis would be in line to be the WR3. Reagor entered Week 14 action with just six catches for 96 yards in seven games in 2024, so he hasn't been on the fantasy radar.

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Will Dissly (shoulder) suffered a shoulder injury in the Sunday night divisional showdown against the Kansas City Chiefs and is questionable to return for the second half. Dissly hurt himself on the final play of the first half on a 15-yard reception. The 28-year-old caught both of his targets in a slow offensive first half for the Bolts for 19 receiving yards. The Chargers are also without rookie receiver Ladd McConkey (knee, shoulder) for this one, so quarterback Justin Herbert is running thin on aerial weapons if Dissly doesn't return to this contest. If Dissly is unable to return to action on Sunday night in KC, Stone Smartt will likely benefit the most at the position, with Tucker Fisk also potentially getting on the field more often. To begin the fourth quarter, Smart has also caught both of his targets for 45 yards.

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Mike Williams logged three receptions for 36 yards on four targets in a 27-14 victory over the Cleveland Browns. With George Pickens (hamstring) inactive, Williams stepped up for quarterback Russell Wilson, particularly down the field in contested catch situations. If Pickens were to miss extended time, Williams would likely become an intriguing fantasy asset, but it's difficult to project him for consistent opportunities otherwise. It is possible, however, that the veteran is more involved going forward. He is worth rostering in bestball and dynasty formats, but Williams will remain off the fantasy radar in most redraft leagues heading into a Week 15 meeting with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey (shoulder, knee) won't play in Sunday night's meeting with the Kansas City Chiefs. The wideout was labeled as a "true game-time decision." Unfortunately, the latest update just confirms what most fantasy managers had already anticipated. Without McConkey, who has had a quality rookie season, Quentin Johnston and Joshua Palmer are in line for more attention from Justin Herbert. Will Dissly should also get more involved.
