Hunt's role as the lead back will continue for at least one more week, with Isiah Pacheco ruled out for this game. The veteran running back is ranked RB8 in our RotoBaller Half-PPR rankings this week, making him a strong RB1 option. Fantasy managers should be excited to start Hunt this week.

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce will take on the Carolina Panthers in Week 12. Kelce is coming off a poor performance in the team's first loss of the season against the Buffalo Bills. The veteran tight end caught two passes for eight yards in the 21-30 loss last week. Kelce will look to bounce back from that lackluster performance against the Panthers, who rank 31st in fantasy points allowed to opposing tight ends this season. The 35-year-old has been one of the most valuable tight ends in fantasy football since Rashee Rice's injury, with only two dud games since Week 3. Kelce is ranked TE3 in our RotoBaller Half-PPR rankings this week, making him a top-tier TE1 option. Fantasy managers should continue to start him confidently.

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes will take on the Carolina Panthers in Week 12. The 29-year-old is coming off the team's first loss of the season and looking to bounce back. Mahomes threw for 196 yards and three touchdowns in the contest but coughed up the ball with two interceptions. The Chiefs quarterback has underperformed his fantasy expectations this season, but the Panthers will be a good spot for him to right the ship. The Panthers rank 26th in fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks this season, so Mahomes will have one of the most favorable matchups at the position. Mahomes is ranked QB8 in our RotoBaller rankings this week, making him a low-end QB1 option for fantasy. Given his favorable matchup, fantasy managers can feel more confident about starting Mahomes this week.

Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Gardner Minshew II could be in for his last rodeo in Week 12. His team will take on the Denver Broncos, and QB Aidan O'Connell (thumb) won't be able to play. He's still recovering from a thumb injury. Minshew will have his hands full with a Denver Broncos defense that just held Kirk Cousins and the Atlanta Falcons to six points in a Week 11 blowout game. The 28-year old Raiders signal-caller has thrown eight touchdowns, but tossed nine interceptions and lost a fumble this season. It could be an ugly game, and it's hard to trust him in 1QB leagues. He should be started in 2QB/Superflex leagues, though. He's not always been bad, just wildly inconsistent. Garbage time production counts for fantasy points, too.

Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco (leg) has been ruled out ahead of the Week 12 matchup against the Carolina Panthers. Pacheco was designated to return from the injured reserve last week. He has been able to get through some limited practice sessions, but Pacheco isn't quite ready for game action. The Chiefs have decided to hold him out for at least one more game. Kareem Hunt will continue working as the lead back and should have RB1 value for this favorable matchup against the Panthers defense. Fantasy managers can be hopeful to get something out of Pacheco next week.
