However, the 25-year-old isn't quite ready to return to action after missing the last four games with a hamstring injury. He was having a phenomenal season before landing on the IR, catching 32 passes for 567 yards and three touchdowns over five games. Collins' next chance to return will be Week 11 against the Dallas Cowboys on Monday night. Tank Dell (back) will be quarterback C.J. Stroud's No. 1 target with Collins sidelined, and look for John Metchie III, Xavier Hutchinson, and Robert Woods to see an uptick in snaps.

Dell popped up on the injury report on Friday and was listed as a limited participant. However, given this report, fantasy managers should not be overly concerned with his availability over the weekend. Last week, Dell operated as the top wideout with Nico Collins (hamstring) still sidelined and Stefon Diggs (knee) out with a torn ACL. In that game, Dell brought in a season-high 126 yards off six receptions. Collins is also listed as questionable, but if Dell is able to play, he should be viewed as a solid WR2 given the matchup against the Lions, who have allowed the third-most PPR points to opposing wideouts.

Houston Texans running back Dameon Pierce (groin) was unable to practice all week and was officially ruled out on Friday for the Week 10 game versus the Detroit Lions on Sunday night. Pierce will miss his second straight game with a groin injury, which will allow Dare Ogunbowale and J.J. Taylor to see more change-of-pace work this weekend behind starter Joe Mixon. The 24-year-old Pierce also missed four straight games from Weeks 2-5 due to injury and has seen only 14 rushing attempts for 98 yards and a touchdown in the four games he's been active in. Pierce does have an impressive 7.0 yard-per-carry average, but he hasn't been very healthy and has had a minimal role when active behind Mixon in 2024. Pierce should be found on the waiver wire in most fantasy leagues and is nothing more than a handcuff option for Mixon in deep leagues.
