Indianapolis Colts quarterback Joe Flacco had an outstanding Week 5 performance, completing 33 of his 44 passes for 359 yards in the team's loss. Flacco's starting status for Week 6 against the Titans is up in the air, with QB Anthony Richardson (oblique) tracking to play but still a game-time decision. If Flacco were to start, he would make for a deeper streaming option, with the Titans secondary allowing the fewest passing yards this season at a 124/game average. Fantasy managers in 2QB/Superflex leagues should stay up to date on the news on Sunday morning, should they need a last-minute replacement.

Cleveland Browns kicker Dustin Hopkins made both of his field-goal attempts in a Week 5 loss to the Washington Commanders. The veteran kicker has now converted seven of his eight attempts this season as he gears up to face off against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 6. The Eagles have been average against kickers this season, allowing the 15th-most fantasy points per game to the position through four games. Hopkins has been a reliable kicker but the Cleveland offense is not playing well this season, which limits his ceiling. Treat him as a low-end fantasy option heading into Week 6.

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jerry Jeudy (knee) struggled in Week 5, catching just one of his three targets for 16 yards. He will look to bounce back in a plus matchup against a Philadelphia Eagles secondary that is allowing the most fantasy points per game to opposing wide receivers this season. Jeudy has been listed with a knee injury for several weeks now, but he has been practicing fully and should be without any limitations heading into Week 6. The main concern here is a struggling Cleveland passing attack headlined by Deshaun Watson. Watson has yet to throw for more than 196 yards in a game this season and has thrown for multiple touchdowns just once. Jeudy is worth a look as a WR4/flex option this weekend but fantasy managers should temper their expectations until this Cleveland passing game shows improvement.

Cleveland Browns running back Jerome Ford has seen his workload fluctuate throughout the first five games of the season. He saw the majority of the work in Weeks 1, 3, and 4 while operating in a timeshare with D'Onta Foreman in the other two weeks. With Nick Chubb (knee) already ruled out for Week 6 against the Philadelphia Eagles, Ford will have at least another week to lead the Cleveland backfield. The Eagles have been tough against running backs this season, allowing just the 26th-most fantasy points per game to the position through four games. Ford has some upside as a pass catcher but the Cleveland offense has really struggled to sustain drives this season. That fact, coupled with Ford's inconsistent workload from week to week, leaves him on the RB2/RB3 borderline in fantasy heading into Week 6.

Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson has struggled for much of the 2024 season, managing to throw for multiple touchdowns in just one of five games thus far. He will look to turn things around in Week 6's road matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles. The Eagles have struggled against opposing quarterbacks this season, allowing the second-most fantasy points per game to the position through four games. The plus matchup gives some optimism for Watson to have a good game, although he failed to capitalize on a similarly good matchup against the Washington Commanders last week, throwing for just 125 yards and one touchdown. The Cleveland offense looks broken with the offensive line banged up, Watson playing poorly, and the receivers struggling with drops, making it very tough to trust the Browns' quarterback in fantasy leagues this week. Treat Watson as a low-end QB2 for Week 6.
