Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski said that running back Jerome Ford (hamstring) is week-to-week after injuring his hamstring in the Week 6 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday. Ford suffered his hamstring injury in the first quarter and didn't play at all in the second half, finishing with only two carries for 14 yards to really let his fantasy managers down. Not only is it possible that both Nick Chubb (knee) and Nyheim Hines (knee) could be back for Week 7 against the division-rival Cincinnati Bengals, but Ford might not even be available to play in that game. In what has been an atrocious Browns offense this year, Ford's fantasy stock is going to plummet even further heading into Week 7. If Chubb and Hines aren't ready to come off the PUP list and Ford is inactive against Cincy, D'Onta Foreman would likely serve as Cleveland's lead back.

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Joe Flacco was named the starter on Sunday morning and completed 22 of his 38 passes for 189 yards and two touchdowns in a 20-17 win over the Tennessee Titans. Flacco also threw one interception in the matchup. Flacco hit Josh Downs on a 22-yard touchdown in the first quarter, and the Colts didn't score another touchdown until the fourth quarter when he found Michael Pittman Jr. on a ten-yard touchdown grab. The 39-year-old didn't jump off the box score with just 189 yards through the air, but that shouldn't be much of a cause for panic given the Titans' secondary has allowed the fewest passing yards so far this season. It's unclear who the starter will be moving forward, but Flacco would make for a solid streaming option once again in Week 7 should he get the start against the Miami Dolphins.

Cleveland Browns kicker Dustin Hopkins made three of his four field goals and added an extra point in a 20-16 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 6. Hopkins hit field goals from 43, 49, and 31 yards out while missing from 52 yards out in the close loss. The veteran kicker has been a reliable source of points for the Browns in 2024, hitting 10 of his 12 field-goal tries and adding seven extra points. Hopkins will look to keep it going in Week 7 against the Cincinnati Bengals at home.

Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku caught five of his seven targets for 31 yards in a 20-16 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 6. Njoku has dealt with ankle and knee injuries this season but he ultimately suited up while leading the team in targets and catches in the close loss to Philly. The Browns haven't gotten much out of any of their receivers this season so the opportunity for Njoku to become a big part of the Cleveland offense is there. Njoku will look to keep it going in Week 7 when he heads back home to take on the Cincinnati Bengals.

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jerry Jeudy caught one of his three targets for a 35-yard gain in a 20-16 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 6. Jeudy was quiet for most of the game but his 35-yard catch helped to set up a 31-yard Dustin Hopkins field goal with 3:57 left in the fourth quarter. The veteran receiver has shown some promise this season but he will continue to be tough to trust with Deshaun Watson and the Cleveland offense struggling to move the ball. Jeudy will not be a strong fantasy option heading into a Week 7 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.
