Carter, 25, has been with the Bengals since signing as an undrafted free agent in 2017. He played at least 15 games in three of his four years, missing all of 2018 with a shoulder injury.

Fantasy slant: The addition of Carter adds some depth to the tight end position for Arizona. Previously Maxx Williams and Ian Bunting were the only players at the position under contract for 2021. Carter’s main contributions will come on special teams, though. Over the last three seasons for Cincinnati, Carter has been a full-time special teamer outside of seven receptions. — Derek Brown
