According to a text to NFL insider Josina Anderson, Shaquil Barrett is stated that he will be returning to Tampa Bay. Barrett is coming off an eight-sack season for the Super Bowl champions.
UPDATE: Per ESPN's Adam Schefter, Barrett agreed to a four-year deal worth up $72 million that includes $36 million fully guaranteed.

Analysis: Barrett returns to spearhead the Buccaneers' pass rush. He returns on a four-year deal with $36 million in fully guaranteed money. He was a driving force behind a defense ranked third in pressure rate (27.5%) and quarterback knockdowns (68). Barrett himself led all linebackers and edge defenders in hurries (60) and pressures (76). Tampa Bay’s ability to put the squeeze on opposing quarterbacks will be stout again in 2021.
