And in a non-trade moves today, the Raiders are signing former Ravens’ WR Willie Snead to a one-year contract, per his agent @DrewJRosenhaus.

Burns, who turns 26 in May, was the first-round pick of the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2016. He played his first four years in Pittsburgh, totaling 4 interceptions, before signing with the Bears last offseason. He tore his ACL in the preseason and missed all of 2020.
