The Seahawks rank 22nd in opposing wide receiver fantasy points this season and have been prone to allowing big plays to wide receivers. With it being a divisional matchup, the Cardinals will rely on all of their playmakers, and it is reasonable to expect Harrison Jr. to be involved in the passing attack. Harrison Jr. is valued as a WR2 and should be played in deep leagues.

Trey McBride is valued as a high-end TE1 in Week 12 when the Cardinals travel to Seattle to take on the Seahawks. McBride has solidified himself as one of the premier tight ends in fantasy football this season, ranking as the fourth-best tight end overall. Despite his lack of touchdown production, McBride has still been a strong fantasy asset and a mainstay at the position. The Cardinals often target McBride on key third downs, and in this divisional matchup, they are expected to rely on him in the passing game. The Seahawks rank 18th in opposing TE fantasy points allowed, and fantasy managers should continue to start McBride in Week 12.

Arizona Cardinals rookie running back Trey Benson has begun to slowly find a role in the offense and could be in store for a solid workload in their Week 12 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. During Week 9, the rookie logged eight carries with one target. Then in Week 10, Benson earned a season-high 10 attempts and two targets in their decisive victory over the New York Jets. During this two-game stretch, Benson has averaged an impressive 5.5 yards per carry. Before this, Benson saw just six rushing attempts during Weeks 6-8. While fantasy managers should still expect James Conner to operate as the clear leader of the backfield, Benson could be a viable low-end flex option in 14-plus team formats, especially if the Cardinals are playing with a lead. In addition, given how well he is running the ball, Benson could produce a solid fantasy stat line.

Arizona Cardinals running back Emari Demercado (shoulder) was removed from the injury report and doesn't carry a designation heading into Sunday's divisional clash with the Seahawks. The 25-year-old has been battling a shoulder injury, resulting in limited practices on Wednesday and Thursday. However, he was a full-go on Friday. Demercado has only 20 carries for 197 yards and a touchdown this season, adding 11 catches for 86 yards. With James Conner and Trey Benson healthy and available for Sunday's contest, Demercado likely won't get much work, so fantasy managers should keep him out of the starting lineup or off the roster altogether.

Arizona Cardinals running back James Conner has boom potential in their Week 12 road matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. The Cardinals are coming off a bye week, which afforded Conner much-needed rest after his heavy workload through the first ten games of the season. Conner is having one of his best seasons as a pro and is on pace for 1,185 yards and eight touchdowns. He'll look to maintain that pace against a familiar opponent in the Seahawks, against whom he has racked up over 300 total yards and four touchdowns in four games as a Cardinal. This should be a favorable matchup for the Cardinals' rushing attack, and Conner should be started in all leagues.
