Free-agent forward Jae Crowder is scheduled to have a workout with the Sacramento Kings this week, per Sean Cunningham of Fox 40. The Kings have also recently worked out Isaiah Thomas, Tony Bradley, Juan Toscano-Anderson, and Lonnie Walker IV. Crowder is a free agent after playing out two seasons with the Milwaukee Bucks. As a veteran of over 800 regular-season games, he would bring a wealth of experience to a Kings team that's looking to become a contender in the West. But fantasy-wise, the best days are clearly behind Crowder. He posted 6.2 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.3 assists in 23.1 minutes last season.

Milwaukee Bucks guard/forward Pat Connaughton and forward Jae Crowder will enter the starting lineup on Wednesday against Memphis. Connaughton will be Malik Beasley's backcourt partner, with Damian Lillard (groin) and Patrick Beverley (ankle) unavailable. Crowder replaces Khris Middleton (ankle), who's resting on the second night of a back-to-back. Both players will have extra fantasy value in a starting role. Connaughton is the more attractive piece of the two, with him having notched 10.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 7.5 assists in two previous starts this season.

Milwaukee Bucks forward Jae Crowder (knee) is available ahead of Wednesday's game against the Golden State Warriors. The veteran forward was uncertain coming into this game due to a left knee contusion. However, Crowder feels good enough to play and should resume his role in the starting five. Crowder has been seeing an increase in playing time lately with Khris Middleton (ankle) still out. That being said, Crowder should continue to have increased value until Middleton is able to get back on the court.

While Crowder's availability is unlikely to impact fantasy hoops right off the bat, it's worth noting that he's among Milwaukee's leaders in minutes per game (26.7) as an active presence on the defensive end and effective spot-up shooter on offense (51.6% three-point shooting over nine games). The 33-year-old journeyman's return is likely bad news for the sharpshooting Malik Beasley's wing minutes as the Bucks' fifth starter. Across 29 starts since Nov. 13, Beasley is averaging 13.1 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 3.4 threes on 50.0% shooting from deep in 30.6 minutes per game.
