Orlando Magic guard Markelle Fultz (knee) has been downgraded to out ahead of Tuesday's game against the Golden State Warriors. The young guard has missed over two months of action while he recovers from left knee tendinitis. The expectation is that Fultz is going to be heavily limited once he does eventually return to the court. In the meantime, Anthony Black will continue to start for the Magic. He usually doesn't bring much to the table, so most fantasy managers should be able to find a better streaming option.

Charlotte Hornets center Mark Williams (back) has been ruled out ahead of Tuesday's game against the Sacramento Kings. Williams has missed over 10 games in a row due to a lower back contusion. It's uncertain when Williams will get back on the court, but for now fantasy managers should continue to consider him as day-to-day. In the meantime, Nick Richards will remain as the starting center and see a boost in fantasy value. Richards is well worth rostering in most fantasy formats while Williams is out.

Charlotte Hornets guard Terry Rozier (illness) is available for Tuesday's game against the Sacramento Kings. As expected, Rozier will play after being listed as probable heading into this game. The expectation is that he'll move right into the starting five, which will shift Ish Smith back to the bench. Fantasy managers who have Rozier rostered can get him back in their lineups on Tuesday night.

Chicago Bulls head coach Billy Donovan says there's no clear timetable for a return for center Nikola Vucevic (groin), and the 33-year-old big man won't practice this week with the Windy City Bulls like injured teammate Zach LaVine (foot) has. Vucevic was already ruled out for Chicago's current two-game road trip, but this is a more concerning development. The Bulls initially anticipated that Vooch's strained left groin would sideline him between seven and 10 days as of Dec. 27. But since the two-time All-Star won't practice this week, it's fair to assume he will remain out until at least Monday against the Charlotte Hornets. Andre Drummond has logged two 20-rebound efforts in three games without Vucevic and will continue to enjoy heightened fantasy value in the meantime.

New Orleans Pelicans head coach Willie Green says that forward Trey Murphy III (knee) is out for the second game in a row on Tuesday versus the visiting Brooklyn Nets. The Pelicans have a quick turnaround on the road for Wednesday against the Minnesota Timberwolves, so Murphy will try to overcome soreness in his left knee and get back in the mix during that one. Herbert Jones has quieted down following a strong start to the year, but he is giving New Orleans 11.6 points, 4.2 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.2 threes, and 2.9 combined steals plus blocks in 18 games without Murphy this season. That means Jones should be a popular choice for Tuesday's six-game slate in DFS.
