X-Rays Clear On Deandre Ayton's Hand Following Tuesday's Exit

Portland Trail Blazers center Deandre Ayton was limited to only 19 minutes of action against Miami on Tuesday due to a right-hand sprain. He was hurt when he took a hard fall late in the first quarter following a collision with Miami's Kevin Love. Ayton battled through the injury and had a great first half, but he exited the contest before the second half began. The Portland big man ended the game with 12 points, 10 rebounds, two steals, and one block. Duop Reath started the second half but finished scoreless. X-rays on Ayton's hand came back negative, but he's set to have some further testing. Portland returns to action on Friday versus Memphis.

Kyle Anderson Exits Early On Tuesday

Minnesota Timberwolves forward Kyle Anderson (hamstring) won't return to Tuesday's game against the San Antonio Spurs. Anderson has been playing a bigger role with the Wolves being banged up lately. The team is calling the issue left hamstring soreness, so hopefully it's not something that will sideline Anderson for too long. In the meantime, Naz Reid should see a larger role off the bench. Fantasy managers will need to check back for another update on Anderson following this game.

De'Aaron Fox Listed As Questionable For Wednesday

Sacramento Kings guard De'Aaron Fox (knee) is listed as questionable ahead of Wednesday's game against the Denver Nuggets. Fox is dealing with a left knee contusion, but he hasn't missed a game since December. Keon Ellis started in his place during that game. Davion Mitchell has been playing a bigger role off the bench lately. If Fox sits out, both players would likely split up the playing time. Fantasy managers will have to check back on Wednesday for another update.

LeBron James Returns To Injury Report

Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James (ankle) is currently tagged as questionable ahead of Wednesday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers. The veteran forward is back on the injury report due to a left ankle issue. James was able to play on Sunday and didn't appear to be slowed down by his ankle. It's worth noting that Wednesday's game is the front end of a back-to-back set. Possibly, the Lakers hold out James on Wednesday, so that he can play on Thursday versus the Washington Wizards. If that happens, Taurean Prince would move into the starting lineup, increasing his fantasy value.

De'Anthony Melton Won't Return On Tuesday

Philadelphia 76ers guard De'Anthony Melton (back) has been ruled out for the rest of Tuesday's game against the Boston Celtics. Melton missed nearly a month of action due to a back issue. Now, he's sidelined again after only nine minutes during Tuesday's game. Kyle Lowry is still under a minutes restriction. That means, Cameron Payne should see an increased role off the bench with Melton being unable to finish this contest. Despite the increased role, Payne won't be worth a look in most fantasy formats.
