Portland Trail Blazers guard Anfernee Simons (forearm) is listed on the injury report on Thursday with a questionable tag, meaning he may have to sit out a meeting with the Atlanta Hawks. The talented scorer has been dealing with a right forearm injury for some time. He was also listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the New York Knicks but ended up playing 35 minutes as a starter in that game. However, it seems that the injury to his shooting hand affected him against the Knicks, as Simons made only five of his 20 field-goal attempts during a 15-point performance. Scoot Henderson (concussion) also has health concerns, so the Trail Blazers backcourt may need to get more out of Dalano Banton going forward.

Portland Trail Blazers guard Scoot Henderson (concussion) will be absent for a second consecutive game on Tuesday against the Atlanta Hawks. He must clear concussion protocol before being eligible to return to the court. Due to Henderson's absence, Dalano Banton and Matisse Thybulle could pick up extra shifts in the rotation. However, Portland relied heavily on its starters in Sunday's game against the New York Knicks, with only a combined 31 minutes shared between Banton and Thybulle.

Portland Trail Blazers center Deandre Ayton (calf) has been listed as out for Tuesday's meeting with the Atlanta Hawks. The Trail Blazers have been without Ayton since Feb. 10, and it remains unclear when or if Ayton will return this season. Donovan Clingan will continue to operate as the starting center, with Duop Reath providing backup. In 30 starts during his rookie campaign, Clingan has averaged 7.3 points, 9.6 rebounds, and 2.2 blocks in 23.7 minutes. His offensive game is clearly not yet good enough for this level, as he has made only one field goal over the past two games, but Clingan is busy on the glass and an intimidating presence on the defensive end.

Milwaukee Bucks guard AJ Green (shoulder) is considered questionable for Tuesday's clash against the Phoenix Suns. He already sat out the previous game due to a shoulder sprain and may remain on the shelf Tuesday with the same issue. Green's absence frees up around 23 minutes of action for Milwaukee's other guards. Gary Trent Jr. saw nearly 30 minutes off the bench on Sunday against the Atlanta Hawks, finishing with 10 points, while Kevin Porter Jr. had a heater with 28 points in 23 minutes. Both players are likely to get plenty of burn again on Tuesday if Green does not return.

According to ESPN's Shams Charania, Minnesota Timberwolves forward/centerNaz Reid(suspension) was suspended for one game on Tuesday. Reid will serve a one-game suspension for his involvement in an on-court altercation with the Pistons on Sunday. Donte DiVincenzo was also involved in the scuffle and won't be able to play Tuesday against the Denver Nuggets. With Reid sidelined, Minnesota's frontcourt will likely need Luka Garza to take on extra minutes for this evening's contest.
