Philadelphia 76ers point guard Tyrese Maxey (back, finger) has been ruled out for Monday's contest against the Houston Rockets. The star guard is dealing with injuries to his back and finger, missing an eighth consecutive game. Maxey's next chance to return will be on Wednesday against the Oklahoma City Thunder. However, Philadelphia is unlikely to rush him back, as there is nothing left to play for this season. Jared Butler and Jeff Dowtin Jr. will continue to split minutes at the point guard position in Monday's game.

Philadelphia 76ers guard/forward Paul George (groin, knee) will not return to the court during the 2024-25 season. Sources have told ESPN's Shams Charania that George has been ruled out for the rest of the season after receiving injections in his left adductor muscle and left knee on Monday. This means that George finishes his debut campaign in Philadelphia with only 41 appearances. He averaged 16.2 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 1.8 steals in 32.5 minutes. George, who will turn 35 on May 2, signed a four-year max contract worth $212 million with the 76ers last summer. This has proven to be a terrible deal for the 76ers, who are on track to finish a season with fewer than 30 wins for the first time since 2016-17.

Portland Trail Blazers centerRobert Williams III(knee) will be unavailable for Monday's contest against the Washington Wizards. Williams has been out of action since February 22nd and will miss his 13th consecutive contest due to a left knee sprain. The 27-year-old has only played in 20 games this season, and a timetable hasn't been announced when he will return. With less than a month left in the regular season, the big man could very well be shut down for the final 14 Blazers games remaining.

According to Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca, Toronto Raptors shooting guardJa'Kobe Walter(hip) will be sidelined again on Monday against the Phoenix Suns. Walter hasn't played since March 6th and will miss his sixth consecutive contest due to a hip injury. Unless the 20-year-old practices this week, he will be doubtful for the Raptors next game on Thursday versus Golden State. The rookie guard's long absence won't impact fantasy as he's averaging just 7.8 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.3 assists in 20.0 minutes per contest across 44 games this season.

Philadelphia 76ers center Adem Bona (ankle) will not play on Monday against the Houston Rockets. He has been ruled out for a second consecutive game due to a sprained ankle. The rookie big man has exited the lineup following an impressive stint. He has posted 13.8 points and 8.8 rebounds over his past four appearances. Oshae Brissett, Chuma Okeke, and Alex Reese are candidates for an increased workload in the frontcourt on Monday, especially if Guerschon Yabusele (knee), who has been labeled as questionable, is ruled out for the contest.
