Bilal Coulibaly Unavailable Thursday

Washington Wizards guard/forward Bilal Coulibaly (hip) will miss a second consecutive game on Thursday against the Detroit Pistons. He hasn't recovered from a hip contusion Coulibaly suffered on Monday against the Toronto Raptors. Justin Champagnie may receive another start in Coulibaly's place, with Corey Kispert contributing more off the bench. Champagnie struggled to make a mark in Tuesday's matchup against the Pistons, but he has generally done well in a starting role. Over 16 starts this season, Champagnie has averaged 11.2 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 1.4 steals.

Malcolm Brogdon Remains Out Against Pistons

Washington Wizards guard Malcolm Brogdon (ankle) will remain sidelined for Thursday's game against the Detroit Pistons. Just before the All-Star break, Brogdon sprained his left ankle and has not seen any action since play resumed. On Thursday, he will be out for an 11th consecutive game. The veteran is expected to return before the end of the season, but it's unclear when he will be available. This season has been frustrating for Brogdon, who has taken the court only 24 times due to health issues. He is averaging 12.7 points per game, his lowest mark since his rookie year.

Brandin Podziemski Out On Thursday

Golden State Warriors guard Brandin Podziemski (back) will not be available for Thursday's meeting with the Sacramento Kings. The second-year player injured his back last week and will miss a third consecutive game. Buddy Hield and Gary Payton II are getting extra work off the bench with Podziemski out. Both players impressed in Monday's victory over the Portland Trail Blazers, combining for 46 points off the bench. Payton II led the team with 26 points on 11-for-16 shooting.

Paul George Assessing Options With Surgery Possible

Shams Charania of ESPNreports that Philadelphia 76ers guard/forwardPaul George (groin) is consulting with doctors on treatment options for his groin and knee injuries. A decision will be made on whether he'll need a procedure to address either injury. George has missed four consecutive contests dealing with the nagging injuries. He will likely be out of action against Indiana on Friday and Sunday in Dallas as a treatment plan for the 34-year-old will be decided upon next week. With just over a month left in the season, George could very well be shut down since the Sixers don't have much riding on the rest of the season.

Jaden Ivey Unavailable For Another Four Weeks

The Detroit Pistonsannounced onThursday that guard Jaden Ivey (lower leg) has moved to weight-bearing strengthening exercises, running progression activity and stationary shooting. Ivey's recovery progress will be updated in another four weeks. The 24-year-old underwent surgery after breaking his left fibula on January 1st. Barring any setbacks while recovering, he could potentially be good to go for the playoffs. With Ivey still out, fantasy managers can expect 22-year-old Ausar Thompson to remain a starter.
