According to ESPN's Shams Charania, San Antonio Spurs guard De'Aaron Fox (finger) will miss the rest of the 2024-25 campaign. Fox, who was traded from Sacramento ahead of the deadline, has been playing through tendon damage in his left pinkie. However, with the Spurs having virtually no hope of making the Play-In, the move was made for Fox to have surgery. It's unknown when he'll be cleared to return to basketball activities. But Fox, averaging 19.7 points, 6.8 assists, and 1.5 steals in 17 games in San Antonio, will remain a top fantasy option heading into next season, assuming he won't miss time. In the meantime, Stephon Castle should see a surge in production without Fox on the floor.

Chicago Bulls guard Lonzo Ball (wrist) won't play on Thursday versus Brooklyn. He missed the last six games because of a sprained right wrist and was listed as doubtful heading into this one. But the 27-year-old is officially ruled out, although it appears there's a chance he could return during the Bulls' upcoming six-game road trip. Josh Giddey (ankle) is also out, meaning Tre Jones, Coby White, and Kevin Huerter should absorb most of the minutes in the backcourt.

Chicago Bulls guard Josh Giddey (ankle) won't play on Thursday versus the Nets. He sprained his ankle in Monday's meeting with the Indiana Pacers. Giddey had already indicated he would miss time, although head coach Billy Donovan didn't slam the door on a return sometime in the near future, confirming he would travel for the Bulls' upcoming six-game road trip. With Lonzo Ball (wrist) also ruled out, Tre Jones will likely remain in the starting lineup, with Kevin Huerter and Patrick Williams also in line for enhanced roles.

Milwaukee Bucks guard Damian Lillard (groin) will play on Thursday versus the Lakers. Despite making routine appearances on the injury report because of various ailments, the former Trail Blazer hasn't missed a game since the February 21 win over the Washington Wizards. Lillard has played well this season, averaging 25.3 points, 7.1 assists, 4.7 rebounds, and 1.2 steals, making him a welcome addition to any fantasy lineup against a Los Angeles team that won't have LeBron James (groin).

The New Orleans Pelicans announced centerYves Missi(ankle) has been downgraded from questionable to unavailable for Thursday's game against the Orlando Magic due to a left ankle sprain. Kelly Olynyk(personal) has also been ruled out, so Karlo MatkovicandMo Bamba must step up at center. Matkovic has built up some momentum with a three-game streak of double-digit scoring. Bamba recently inked a 10-day deal with the Pelicans and made his team debut in Tuesday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers, collecting seven rebounds and one block in 15 minutes.
