Minnesota Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert (back) has been ruled out ahead of Thursday's game against the Los Angeles Lakers. The big man is set to miss his fifth game in a row due to a lingering back issue. The Wolves haven't given much information on the situation outside of the fact that Gobert is receiving treatment for his back problem. Naz Reid and Jaylen Reid figure to continue seeing increased run in the rotation. Reid should already be rostered in most fantasy formats, but if he's available, then fantasy managers better scoop him up.

Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards (calf) is listed as questionable ahead of Thursday's game against the Los Angeles Lakers. Edwards has been dealing with a sore right calf lately, but it hasn't forced him to the sideline. He has played in six straight games and nearly notched a triple-double during his last two games. The expectation is that Edwards is going to be out there, barring any setbacks. If he sits, Nickeil Alexander-Walker would likely start and see increased fantasy value.

Minnesota Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert (back) will be sidelined for Monday's matchup against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Lower back spasms are forcing the French giant to miss a fourth straight game. This means that the Naz Reid show should continue. He has recorded 20-plus points in four consecutive games while posting three double-doubles. Two of the games were against the Thunder, with Reid averaging 24.5 points, 12.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 2.5 blocks in those contests.

Minnesota Timberwolves forward Julius Randle (adductor) has missed the last 10 games with an adductor injury but could be slated to return during the team's current road trip. As reported by Shams Charania of ESPN, the team is "optimistic" about getting the three-time All-Star back during their road trip, along with Donte DiVincenzo (toe). Randle has seen quite the dip in stats since joining his new team, with averages of 18.9 points, 7.2 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 1.5 threes, and 2.8 turnovers per game. Once Randle and DiVincenzo return, Jaylen Clark, Terrence Shannon Jr., and Nickeil Alexander-Walker could all see a hit in fantasy impact.

Minnesota Timberwolves guard Donte DiVincenzo (toe) hasn't played since January 15 due to a toe injury that he suffered against the Golden State Warriors. At the time, reports stated that he would avoid surgery and was set to be out for at least three weeks. Now, according to Shams Charania of ESPN, the team is optimistic about getting him back on the court during their four-game road trip that spans from Monday to Sunday. Across 40 games, DiVincenzo has averaged 11.0 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 1.2 steals, and 2.6 threes per game this season.
