Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James (ankle) is questionable for Wednesday's contest against Sacramento. He had to skip a game last week due to his ankle issue but returned on Sunday with a big performance against Minnesota. While logging 38 minutes of action, James fell just short of a triple-double with 29 points, eight rebounds, and nine assists. It's likely he will play on Wednesday, but fantasy managers will need to keep a close eye on the Lakers' lineup news. Spencer Dinwiddie started in James' stead last Friday against Milwaukee. He could be lifted back into the starting unit if James won't be in the lineup on Wednesday.

Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James (ankle) is active ahead of Sunday's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. James is back in the lineup after sitting out of Friday's game. Fellow superstar Anthony Davis (shoulder) will also be active for this game. Both players are expected to return to their normal roles in the starting five. They should be fine for solid outings against the banged up Wolves' roster. Fantasy managers should make sure to get both James and Davis in there before tip-off.

Dallas Mavericks point guard Luka Doncic (elbow) has been tagged as questionable ahead of Saturday's matchup against Detroit. After hurting his nose and right ankle in recent weeks, Doncic is now dealing with a right elbow sprain. The Mavericks leader might have to step out of the lineup after just becoming the second player in NBA history with five consecutive 30-point triple-doubles. Kyrie Irving has taken his scoring average to nearly 30.0 points in games without Doncic in Dallas. Tim Hardaway Jr. also figures to be more involved in the offense if Doncic doesn't play on Saturday. It's a great matchup for doing damage, with the Pistons among the worst teams in the league and giving up 120.8 points per game.

Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James (ankle) will sit out Friday's contest against Milwaukee. The veteran superstar exited the last game against Sacramento early due to a lingering left ankle problem, and he will get some rest on Friday. James has played through the ailment for quite a while, so he should make a quick return to the lineup. Taurean Prince has started the two most recent games James has missed. His absence should provide a big boost to the usage of Anthony Davis and D'Angelo Russell. In seven games without James this season, Davis has taken his scoring average to 29.0 points, while Russell has posted 18.9 points and 6.5 assists without James.

Dallas Mavericks guard Luka Doncic became the first player in NBA history to register four consecutive 35-point triple-doubles on Thursday in the 114-108 win over the Miami Heat. The Mavericks didn't have a lead in this game until the third quarter when Doncic put up 17 points, five assists, and five rebounds in that frame alone. In the end, he finished the game with 35 points, 11 rebounds, 11 assists, one steal, and four turnovers while shooting 12-for-24 from the floor and 7-for-13 from beyond the arc. He's on a historic tear right now and has the ability to win some fantasy matchups on his own. The Mavericks currently sit at the eighth seed in the West and are only nine games back from first with 19 games remaining.
