Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James (illness) is expected to suit up for Wednesday's matchup with the Cavaliers. Had this contest been versus any other team, there may have been a better chance he wouldn't play. However, since the game is in Cleveland, it will take a lot to keep James off the floor. The 39-year-old has played well this season, averaging 20.0 points, 7.5 assists, 7.0 rebounds, and 39.1% shooting from behind the arc. With that in mind, head coach JJ Redick stated James would go through warmups. But he should be good to go, so fantasy managers can get him in the lineup versus the undefeated Cavaliers.

Los Angeles Lakers guard Austin Reaves (thigh) is probable for Wednesday's matchup versus Cleveland. He has a left thigh contusion. However, fantasy managers should expect to see him on the court against the undefeated Cavs. The 26-year-old has played well this season, averaging career-highs in points (19.3), rebounds (7.0), and three-point shooting (48.0%). As such, Reaves remains a must-start in any fantasy format. He may also be more involved offensively if D'Angelo Russell (back) can't get on the floor.

Dallas Mavericks forward/center Maxi Kleber (hamstring) will not be available for Tuesday's matchup against Minnesota. He missed Monday's meeting with Utah due to a right hamstring strain and will not travel with the team to Minneapolis. The rest of the Mavericks' bigs should absorb Kleber's minutes, slightly boosting their fantasy value. Dereck Lively II has been the most productive of them. Despite coming off the bench, Lively II has notched 11.3 points, 8.7 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 1.0 blocks. Kleber gets his next chance to return on Thursday versus Houston.

Dallas Mavericks forward Maxi Kleber (hamstring) received a questionable tag while he continues to deal with a right hamstring strain. The 32-year-old was able to play in each of the Mavericks' first two games and played 15 minutes in both of them. While he's not on the fantasy radar right now, if he has to miss this game, his minutes will likely go to some of the starters. P.J. Washington, Daniel Gafford, and Dereck Lively II could all benefit in that scenario.

According to Mike Curtis of The Dallas Morning News, Dallas Mavericks point guard Luka Doncic (calf) said he is ready to play Thursday in the season opener against the Spurs. Doncic missed all preseason with a left calf contusion, but the injury was considered minor. The 25-year-old also mentioned that his calf feels "perfect." Fantasy managers can breathe a sigh of relief as there should be no restrictions on Doncic for the Mavs first regular season contest.
