Dallas Mavericks point guard Luka Doncic (calf) will not finish Wednesday's Christmas game against Minnesota. The Mavericks leader injured his left calf, exiting the action with 2:31 remaining in the second quarter. He was off to a great start in the game with 14 points, five rebounds, two assists, and one steal in 16 minutes. Quentin Grimes started the second half in Doncic's place. Spencer Dinwiddie will need to put in extra work as well during Doncic's absence.

Dallas Mavericks point guard Luka Doncic (heel) will play against Minnesota on Christmas Day. Dallas has upgraded him from probable to available. Doncic returned from a two-game absence on Monday versus Portland and eased his way to a 27-7-7 line. He has recorded three triple-doubles in his last five appearances and will look to do something special again. The Slovenian superstar has been immense in previous Christmas Day outings, averaging 36.3 points, 6.3 rebounds, 10.3 assists, 2.0 steals, and 1.3 blocks.

Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James (foot) is once again accompanied by a questionable tag on the injury report ahead of the team's Christmas Day matchup against Golden State. The veteran superstar continues to manage a left foot injury. However, despite being a regular on the injury report, James has sat out only two contests all season, so it appears safe to assume that he will hit the court on Wednesday. James has famously always enjoyed the Christmas Day games, averaging 26.5 points, 7.7 rebounds, 7.1 assists, and 1.5 steals while posting a 10-8 record with his teams.

Dallas Mavericks guard Luka Doncic (heel) is probable for the Christmas meeting with the Timberwolves. Doncic missed the two previous games heading into Monday's win over the Portland Trail Blazers. He played well enough in that one despite going 1-for-7 from behind the arc, amassing 27 points, seven rebounds, and seven assists. With that in mind, Doncic is a must-start in all redraft setups. However, the 25-year-old struggled shooting the ball when the Mavs and Timberwolves met back in October, so he could have a tough time getting it done for DFS managers, especially when taking his massive rostering cost into consideration.

Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James (foot) will play in Monday's matchup against Detroit. A foot injury keeps James a regular on the injury report, but the Lakers have upgraded him from questionable to available ahead of tip-off. James is fresh off a 32-point performance against Sacramento. He also stepped up his defensive efforts at the weekend, snagging four steals in a 103-99 win over the Kings on Saturday. Detroit has a below-average defense, meaning this is a good matchup for James to build up further momentum ahead of this week's Christmas Day matchup against the Warriors.
