Cleveland Cavaliers guard/forward Isaac Okoro (elbow) might not be able to play on Tuesday against the Celtics, as the team has listed him as questionable on the injury report. Cleveland's jack of all trades hasn't missed any action since Nov. 22, but his ironman streak could come to an end due to a left elbow sprain. Okoro has made back-to-back starts in Donovan Mitchell's (knee) absence. He's done well in all areas and could have a even bigger part to play on Tuesday, as Max Strus (knee) will be out of the lineup and Caris LeVert (elbow) might also miss the action.

Cleveland Cavaliers guard/forward Max Strus (knee) will sit out his first game of the season on Tuesday against Boston. The former Heat man is dealing with a right knee strain. Strus has started all 60 games in Cleveland, posting 12.2 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 3.8 assists. His fantasy production has been held back by poor shooting in 2023-24, as the three-point sniper is hitting only at a 34 percent clip from downtown. Donovan Mitchell (knee) also remains out on Tuesday, meaning the Cavaliers will be without two of their regular starters. Additionally, Caris LeVert (elbow) and Isaac Okoro (elbow), two players who could massively benefit in the situation, are considered questionable for the matchup.

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Donovan Mitchell (knee) will miss at least the next three games. The All-Star has sat out the last two contests because of a bone bruise in his left knee. While many had hoped the injury would only be a short-term issue, Chris Fedor of The Plain Dealer reported Mitchell underwent Platelet Rich Plasma injections, so he'll miss upcoming meetings with Boston, Atlanta, and Minnesota before getting re-evaluated over the weekend. The 27-year-old has had one of the best seasons of his career, averaging 28.0 points, 6.2 assists, and 5.4 rebounds. Fantasy managers should remain optimistic that Mitchell will be back on the floor when the Cavs meet the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday night. Of course, Darius Garland, Evan Mobley, and Jarrett Allen should benefit from a production standpoint without Mitchell. But Max Strus, Caris LeVert, and Isaac Okoro should also flourish.

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Donovan Mitchell (knee) has been downgraded to out for Sunday's game versus the New York Knicks. Mitchell sat out Friday's win over the Detroit Pistons due to soreness in his left knee, and he's unable to go on Sunday as well. A first-round fantasy asset all year long, the 27-year-old perennial All-Star's last 20 games show averages of 29.0 points, 6.8 assists, 5.6 rebounds, 3.8 three-pointers, and 1.8 steals per contest. Tuesday's showdown with the first-place Boston Celtics is Mitchell's next opportunity to take the court. The Knicks are allowing the second-fewest DraftKings points to opposing point guards, but Darius Garland is the clear fantasy beneficiary of Mitchell's absence after burying a season-high eight treys with the keys to the offense all in his lap on Friday. Garland is averaging 23.9 points, 6.1 assists, 2.8 threes, and 1.4 steals through seven outings sans Mitchell this year.

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Donovan Mitchell (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game against the visiting Knicks. Mitchell is just dealing with knee soreness, so it doesn't appear he is in line to miss an extended period. However, it's still not an ideal scenario for fantasy managers. The 27-year-old wasn't in the lineup on Friday night versus the Detroit Pistons, with Darius Garland finishing with a game-high 29 points. If Mitchell remains out for Sunday's meeting with New York, Garland is a must-start in any fantasy lineup, especially for managers participating in DFS contests. Evan Mobley, who had a 22-point, 17-rebound double-double with two blocks and two steals against Detroit, would also be a popular DFS option.
