For now, fantasy managers should consider Allen as day-to-day. Evan Mobley figures to see more time at the center spot, while De'Andre Hunter and Dean Wade could play more minutes during the final quarter or so of this game.

Allen has appeared on the injury report for the last few games with the same strain, but it hasn't caused him to miss any time yet. In 13 starts, Allen has posted eight double-doubles and averaged 13.3 points, 10.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and 1.2 blocks per game. He and Evan Mobley have been a big part of the Cavs' top-seven defense.

It wouldn't be shocking to see the Cavs give Allen the day off to rest and get fully healthy. The Cavs would likely use a committee approach to fill the void if Allen misses time. That means, Isaac Okoro, Georges Niang, and Dean Wade should all see more minutes in the rotation. Niang is probably the best streaming choice between the three if Allen is unable to play.
