On the season, the 25-year-old guard is averaging 21.7 points, 6.8 assists, and 2.5 rebounds per game and played 45 of the team's first 46 games before resting in Wednesday's 20-point win over the Heat in Miami. Garland should return to his normal starting role alongside Donovan Mitchell in Cleveland's backcourt and can be used as normal in all formats

Ty Jerome could be elevated to the starting lineup as Garland's replacement. Jerome has finished with 20-plus points in each of his two prior starts this season. Max Strus may get additional offensive touches with Garland out of the lineup, with Donovan Mitchell taking on more playmaking duties.

The 24-year-old is coming off a rough showing in Tuesday's loss to the Boston Celtics, finishing with only eight points off 3-for-21 shooting from the field. But he'll be sidelined versus New Orleans because of groin soreness, meaning his next chance to play will be on Sunday versus the Toronto Raptors. With the Cavs also down Caris LeVert (knee), Sam Merrill (ankle), Isaac Okoro (ankle), Max Strus (ankle), and Dean Wade (ankle), Donovan Mitchell, Jarrett Allen, and Evan Mobley could each see an uptick in fantasy production. The same can be said Georges Niang, Ty Jerome, and Craig Porter Jr.
