According to Will Gottlieb of AllCHGO.com, Chicago Bulls guard/forwardAyo Dosunmu(illness) is available to suit up against the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday. The 25-year-old has been battling an illness, but it won't keep him out of the lineup. Dosunmu's role has grown in the rotation recently, as he's averaged 14.0 points and 5.5 assists for the month. In his last appearance, Dosunmu finished with 10 points, one rebound, four assists, and one steal across 30 minutes of work against the Warriors on Saturday.


Chicago Bulls guard/forward Ayo Dosunmu (illness) is probable for Tuesday's matchup against the Detroit Pistons. The 25-year-old is battling an illness but is expected to suit up on Tuesday. Dosunmu's role has grown in the rotation recently, as he averages 14.0 points and 5.5 assists for the month. He has already faced the Pistons once in February, notching 14 points, three rebounds, and five assists in a 127-119 road loss.


Chicago Bulls point guard Lonzo Ball (illness) will not be in the lineup on Tuesday against the Detroit Pistons. Ball is having a bout with the flu and may also miss Wednesday's rematch versus the Pistons. With Ball sidelined, Matas Buzelis has earned a pair of starts. The Chicago-born rookie has performed well in these games, averaging 15.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 2.0 blocks, and 1.5 steals. Buzelis definitely deserves a look from fantasy managers.


Chicago Bulls guard/forward Talen Horton-Tucker (leg) will be in the lineup on Saturday against the Golden State Warriors. He has recovered from a left leg infection, which kept Horton-Tucker off the court for four games. The 24-year-old has averaged only 11.5 minutes of action this season and likely won't make a big impact on Saturday. However, with Zach LaVine now in Sacramento, we may see a bit more of Horton-Tucker for the rest of the way.


Chicago Bulls point guard Lonzo Ball (illness) will sit out Saturday's clash against the Golden State Warriors. Ball is feeling under the weather, and Chicago has downgraded him from questionable to out. He will be unavailable for a second consecutive game. Josh Giddey, Coby White, and Ayo Dosunmu receive a usage boost with Ball out. New additions Kevin Huerter and Tre Jones are also in a position to benefit from his absence.
