NBA Prop Bet of the Day

RJ Barrett OVER 5.5 rebounds vs. Denver (-112, FanDuel

Julius Randle, understandably and deservedly, has dominated the headlines during New York’s scintillating second-half surge, but various sidekicks, Barrett included, should also receive credit. The former lottery pick is cashing in whether in betting, fantasy or real-life circumstances. He’s shot just under 48% from three since April 1, eclipsing 20 points in eight contests. Most unheralded, he’s steadily racked the rebounds, slapping the orange at least six times in five of his last six games. On paper, Denver is an avoidable matchup. The Nuggets, much improved defensively down the home stretch, rank inside the top-seven in lowest opponent defensive and offensive rebounding percentage. However, Barrett’s length and willingness to board arrow to a positive result. On this Cinco de Mayo, sacrifice a tequila, or 10, to the gambling gods in the former Blue Devil’s honor.
