We only have seven games total between two MLB DFS slates Thursday, with one slate being a three-game offering in the afternoon and the main slate being four games in the evening. Since we don’t have a ton of games to cover, let’s talk about both and how to approach things.

Given the recent bumps in the road for Shōta Imanaga, Chris Sale seems like the best overall play on this slate despite the giant price tag. Sale is likely to be far more popular so there is a game theory to save $800 and play Imanaga in San Francisco but I certainly prefer Sale in a vacuum.
