San Francisco Giants starting pitcher Daulton Jefferies (hip) will be re-evaluated on Monday, according to manager Bob Melvin. The right-hander is reportedly dealing with hip left discomfort, which could cause him to miss time. Jefferies was tagged for nine runs (five earned) on nine hits in his two innings of work on Sunday. Regardless of the hip injury, Jefferies could be headed to Triple-A if he doesn't clean it up. Fantasy managers can go ahead and ignore Jefferies for the moment.

San Francisco Giants infielder Wilmer Flores (shoulder) was forced to exit early during Sunday's game against the San Diego Padres. Flores suffered a left shoulder contusion when he fell into the dugout while trying to make a catch in foul territory. The injury doesn't sound serious and this shouldn't force Flores onto the injured list. At the moment, fantasy managers should consider Flores as day-to-day. LaMonte Wade could see more action at first base until Flores is ready to play again.

Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder Alek Thomas (hamstring) was forced to leave early during Sunday's game against the Colorado Rockies. Thomas suffered a left hamstring injury while running out a double in the first inning. He remained in the game for a few innings before exiting due to left hamstring tightness. It's uncertain how long he's going to be sidelined. The D-Backs will likely have Thomas undergo further testing before deciding on what to do. If Thomas misses time, Jake McCarthy and Joc Pederson could see more playing time in the outfield.

Tampa Bay Rays infielder Junior Caminero (leg) was forced to exit early during Sunday's game. The star prospect injured his leg while running down the line on a comebacker. Caminero was on the ground for a few minutes before being assisted off the field by the training staff. Caminero is currently playing with Triple-A Durham, but was expected to make an impact on the Rays roster soon. He's currently the Rays top prospect and one of the better prospects in all of baseball. Hopefully it's a minor issue, but the organization should give more information soon.

Chicago White Sox outfielder Eloy Jimenez (groin) was forced to exit early during Sunday's game against the Detroit Tigers. The organization announced that Jimenez left the game due to left groin soreness. The expectation is the team will have Jimenez undergo further testing before deciding on what to do. However, it's being reported that infielder Lenyn Sosa is expected to be recalled from Triple-A Charlotte. That being said, it sounds like Jimenez is headed towards a trip to the injured list. Fantasy managers should get a backup plan in place in case Jimenez does miss time.
